Abstract
The expertise carried out in Kigali by French judge Marc Trévidic establishes that the shots which, on April 6, 1994, shot down the Falcon 50 of Rwandan President Habyarimana started from the Kanombe military camp. So it is the Hutu extremists who assassinated President Habyarimana because he had just accepted a sharing of power with the Tutsi. The thesis defended in particular by Judge Bruguière and journalist Pierre Péan is shattered.
