Abstract
Belgian justice has just arrested three Rwandans suspected of genocide. Pierre Basabose, a former member of the presidential guard who became a businessman and shareholder of RTLM radio, is said to have financed the Interahamwe. Séraphin Twahirwa, an official at the Ministry of Public Works, allegedly formed a militia which participated in the genocide. Christophe Ndangali of the Ministry of Education is said to have participated in the hunt for Tutsi.
