Abstract
In Rwanda the handover of French troops by UN troops may be slower and more difficult than expected. This was suggested this morning on Europe 1 by Admiral Lanxade, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, who specified however that France would do everything to facilitate this handover planned before the end of July.
