Abstract
- Bernard Kouchner: "You know in Rwanda, there are a lot of people dying. And then elsewhere too. And we also have to intervene. So please consider not only that the emergency is Sarajevo but that the urgency is to build a system of prevention which is called the right of interference, over which we have all been fighting for years […] I do not accept this 'you' of the intellectuals who one shot would separate because they would have the truth. It's a little easy to attack his closest friends. François Mitterrand, who has done a lot alongside the UN for what happened in Sarajevo, is not the designated enemy. It is not he who carries out the massacres".
- André Glucksmann: "If we do not question the policy of François Mitterrand who gives arms to Rwandans, whom you yourself describe as 'fascists', to the government of Rwanda, and who refuses arms to those who defend their life, their wives against rape in Bosnia, if we do not question the policy of François Mitterrand for three years, that will never change! You are preparing for the presidential elections and that prevents you from questioning the policy of François Mitterrand".
