Abstract
The technical study to locate the starting point for the missile fire that shot down Hutu President Habyarimana's Falcon 50 tends to exonerate the RPF of responsibility for the attack. On the contrary, he implicitly incriminates the opposing camp, that of the Hutu extremists, and he bury a little deeper the order of Judge Jean-Louis Bruguière established in 2006 on the basis of testimonies accusing Paul Kagamé and which broke down over the years.
