Abstract
General Lafourcade's "intelligence" office is very explicit in its fax sent on June 29, 1994 at 9:20 p.m. from Goma to the army headquarters, mentioning that a reconnaissance found "a hundred Tutsis taking refuge in the hills in a state of total destitution" and that according to them "2,000 people are hidden in the woods and mines".
