Abstract
The BNP Paribas group has just been assigned to the Paris Commercial Tribunal by the Ronange security company. Informally, its founder Marc Le Loeuff felt that the decision had in fact been made by the management of the headquarters at its branch, which had inquired about its long-term partner with Paul Barril, the former GIGN commander in private security.
