Abstract
Why then this silence in France with regard to the genocide of the Tutsi? The explanation for this silence is that France is involved in it, deeply involved. She is closely linked to the perpetrators of the genocide. They live comfortably in France and have so far had no trials. It even appears that France would be a sponsor of the genocide, certainly not the only one, but compared to the others, it is on a higher geopolitical plane. She seems to be the master of the game. But France's involvement in the Tutsi genocide is a state secret.
