Abstract
The fierce desire of a certain number of French officials to incriminate the RPF for the attack of April 6, 1994, by implying that it is consequently responsible for the Rwandan tragedy, is only the reverse of their desperate defense of a policy which led the French state to be complicit in the last genocide of the 20th century.
