Abstract
This article compares the general incrimination of Holocaust denial with the specificity of the denial of the genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi (thesis of popular anger, thesis of the attribution to the RPF of a concerted plan for the elimination of the Tutsi, thesis of the double genocide).
