The Parliamentary Information Mission was to publish, Tuesday, December 15, its conclusions on the role of France in Rwanda from 1990 to 1994. According to Paul Quilès (PS, Tarn), the report must underline the “shortcomings” and the “errors” of the action carried out under François Mitterrand. This is the first time that Parliament has investigated the presidential “reserved area”: national defense and foreign policy.
