Résumé
If the negationist thesis supported by Pierre Péan in his book "Noires fureurs, Blancs menteurs" does not present anything new and allows to completely exonerate the responsibility of France in its support and its cooperation with the genocidal regime of Habyarimana, on the other hand, the originality of his remarks lies in the conspiratorial explanation he gives to the success of what he considers to be the false thesis of the Tutsi genocide, namely: Kagame would have set up a powerful lobby leading a supposed disinformation campaign spread the false version of the RPF around the world.
