JET: Technical military material requirements
Dear Minister
With reference to fax n° 005/92 from the Rwandan Embassy in Beijing, and
subsequently my letter N° 01323/02.1.9 of 12 December 1991 on loans for the construction of
military camps, I have the honour of attaching the list of the technical military material that
the National Ministry for Defence wishes to acquire urgently from the Chinese Government
on a long-term loan. I would appreciate it if you would take the necessary steps with the
Minister for Finances to enter into the contract, which should take place as quickly as possible
for a rapid acquisition of this material.
I would appreciate it if you would treat this letter as urgent.
