SUBJECT: Technical military material requirements
Dear Minister
With reference to Fax n° 006/ARW/92 from the Rwandan Embassy in Washington, I
have the honour of sending you, as attached, the list of the technical military material that the
Ministry for National Defence would like to purchase urgently from the Brazilian government
on a long-term loan. I would ask you to accelerate the contacts necessary in order that the
contract can be concluded as quickly as possible for a rapid purchase of this material.
I would appreciate it if you would treat this letter as urgent.
