CAIRO, Feb 19 (AFP) - Juvenal Habyarimana, president of the east African state of Rwanda, met here Tuesday with President Hosni Mubarak, the official Egyptian news agency MENA said.
Major-General Habyarimana arrived here Tuesday for a three-day visit.
Mubarak has been seeking to strengthen Egypt's links to sub-Saharan Africa, with recent visits to Nigeria, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia.
