Mis en examen pour « génocide », il vit paisiblement près de Troyes

Isaac Kamali a été mis en examen jeudi pour « génocide » et « crimes contre l’humanité » commis au Rwanda en 1994. Il a été laissé libre sous contrôle judiciaire. Nous avons retrouvé sa trace dans l’agglomération troyenne où il réside.

Wanted by Interpol, Isaac Kamali was arrested in 2007 at the Philadelphia airport by US authorities. Returned to France, he was no longer worried, the French justice having refused the extradition request of the Attorney General of Rwanda. Until his indictment this week.
