While four Mirage F1-CR have been on their way since Tuesday June 28 to Rwanda as part of the "Turquoise" mission, François Léotard, Minister of Defense, accompanied by the Minister for Humanitarian Action, Lucette Michaux-Chevry, are preparing to leave Paris to go to the border area between Zaire and Rwanda, where the 2,500 French soldiers dispatched in this adventure are deployed.
