Thursday, June 16, the national secretary of the PCF sent a letter to the Prime Minister asking him, on the one hand, that France contribute financially with other countries to the establishment of an inter-African force, under the aegis the UN and the OAU and, on the other hand, that it clearly reaffirm its commitment to the Arusha Accords.
