On the night of February 22 to 23, dozens of people were killed in outlying neighborhoods of Kigali, according to humanitarian sources. In addition, one RPF soldier was killed and another seriously wounded during an attack on a convoy transporting around 100 RPF members from Mulundi to the capital.
