Considering the Royal Decree o f 29 June 1933 on the a d m i n i s t r a t i v e o r g a n i z a t i o n of*

C o n s i d e r i n g the Decree o f 23 December 1924, amended by the Decree o f 7 J u l y 1937
on the p r a c t i c e , o f c u r a t i v e medicine, and i n p a r t i c u l a r s e c t i o n 7 t h e r e o f ;
Considering Ordinance No. 2 7 / b i s Hyg. o f 15 .March 1933 on the p r a c t i c e o f pharmacy,
and i n p a r t i c u l a r sections 34, 59 and 64 t h e r e o f ;
R e v i s i n g Ordinance No. 98/Hyg. o f 23 September 1939, r e q u i r i n g p r i o r a u t h o r i z a t i o n
t o be obtained f o r the e x p o r t a t i o n o f m e d i c i n a l products;

Ordinance No. 98/Hyg. o f 23 September 1939 i s supplemented by s e c t i o n 3, reading as
follows:
" W i t h o u t p r e j u d i c e t o t h e a p p l i c a t i o n o f t h e penal p r o v i s i o n s o f s e c t i o n 64 o f
Ordinance No. 27 b i s / H y g . o f 15 March 1933, v i o l a t i o n s o f the present Ordinance s h a l l be
punished by penal s e r v i t u d e f o r a term o f not more than s i x months o r a f i n e n o t exceedi n g ten thousand francs, o r by b o t h . "
